Return & Exchange Policy – Tripple M African & Caribbean Store

At Tripple M African & Caribbean Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality products, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Refunds

- Eligibility: Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.

- Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

- Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods, frozen items, dairy products, and special-order merchandise cannot be returned.

- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.

Exchanges

- Eligible Items: Exchanges can be made within 14 days for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

- Process: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please bring it to the store with proof of purchase, and we will replace it or offer a store credit.

- Non-Exchangeable Items: Perishable goods and special-order items cannot be exchanged unless they are damaged or incorrect.
